IRNA - Ashkan Dejagah was reportedly upset over his substitution during VfL Wolfsburg's 3-0 first-round German (DFB) elimination cup win at amateur side FC Heidenheim on Sunday, according to the German sports press.

Coach Felix Magath replaced Dejagah in the 40th minute of the first half with Mahir Saglik who went on to score two goals in the match.

A visibly angry Dejagah refused to greet the trainer as he came off the pitch.

As a sign of apparent protest, the Under-21 German international did not join his team-mates in the locker room at half-time break, preferring to remain shirtless on the bench.

The 22-year-old Dejagah has repeatedly made negative sports headlines over the past years.
