PTV - Persepolis' Portuguese manager Nelo Vingada says his men will show an impressive performance against Saudi Arabia's al-Shabab in Riyadh.

"Al-Shabab is a powerful team and has great players but we will exhibit an impressive performance against them," the 55-year-old Persepolis coach said on Monday.

"No doubt we will spare no effort to get the whole three points of the game,” he added.

Vingada said the Reds have a great motivation after they gained an easy 3-1 victory over UAE's Sharjah in the AFC Champions League last Tuesday.

Persepolis is scheduled to meet Saudi Arabia's al-Shabab in Riyadh on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, al-Shabab's Argentine boss Enzo Trossero said the match against Iran's Persepolis will be crucial.

"We can top the Asian League Group B if we win Persepolis," Trossero said.

Persepolis is competing in Group B of the AFC Champions League along with Sharjah, Qatar's al-Gharafa and Saudi Arabia's al-Shabab.
