Sir Alex Ferguson replied: “That’s right. These are good managers with proven track records." “We need to go down that road at United. We need to have someone with experience,” he added. The 70-year old Manchester United manager, who has been at his post for 25 years, tipped Mourinho as the prime contender to succeed him and tame the “ beast” of Old Trafford’s club. |
