Iran Beach Soccer

Tehrantimes - Iran beat Tahiti 8-6 to qualify for the Beach Soccer Intercontinental Cup final on Friday.


Iran will play Brazil, who defeated Russia 7-0 in the final match, on Saturday.

The Beach Soccer Intercontinental Cup is an international beach soccer tournament which is currently being held in the city of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
The invitation-only tournament has been held annually starting in 2011. It will continue until at least 2017.
The competition bares many similarities to the FIFA Confederations Cup, however is not so strict on entry requirements.
