The Ostersund Post says a Celta delegation will soon jet to Sweden to open talks with OSK over a fee for Ghoddos.
However, the LaLiga outfit want to first settle their coaching situation before moving formally for Ghoddos. Juan Carlos Unzue is under pressure at Celta.
Ghoddos could join Celta as a direct replacement for winger Pione Sisto.
Denmark international Sisto is on the radar of Southampton.
