Tasnim – Persepolis football team and Esteghlal Khuzestan played out a goalless draw in Iran Professional League (IPL) on Thursday.
In the match held in Iran's southwestern city of Ahvaz’s Ghadir Stadium, titleholder Persepolis was lackluster and failed to create goal scoring chances.
In Tehran, Ali Daei’s Saipa drew 0-0 with Zob Ahan.
And Nassaji of Mazandaran failed to earn its first victory after three weeks and was held to a 1-1 draw by Pars Jonoubi in Ghaemshahr.
On Friday, Esteghlal will host Tractor Sazi in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium, Padideh play Sanat Naft, Naft Masjed Soleyman meet Foolad and Sephana host Paykan.
