Morteza Pouraliganji AZ Alkmaar

PLDC – Iranian international defender Morteza Pouraliganji is facing a dilemma over his future.

Pouraliganji was on the verge of joining Trabzonspor but didn’t reach an agreement with the Turkish club over the financial issues.

Now, the-26-year-old defender, who has parted company with Qatar’s Al Sadd, has been linked with Dutch football clubs Vitesse Arnhem and AZ Alkmaar.

Pouraliganji should choose his team before the transfer window closes.

Pouraliganji has 30 Iran caps and played every minute of their 2018 World Cup campaign, where they impressed against Morocco, Spain and Portugal.

Iran’s Esteghlal Khuzestan winger Younes Delfi has also caught the eye of PSV Eindhoven.
