PLDC - According to the latest reports by the AFC, Rahman Rezaei, Iranian striker of Perugia, seems to be unhappy with his club and though he seems fine there, he doesn’t feel like staying with Perugia of Italy any longer. He is rumored to have said that staying was useless because he was not making any progress, he had the inclination to go to a better club and had asked his manager to arrange it.

Rezaei has apparently denied these unfounded rumors after they were published and has commented they were untrue and he intended to stay with the club. He went on to say, “I have no problems with Perugia and I intend to stay with them until the end of the season according to my contract.”

“The news by AFC about my separation from Perugia is false. Without paying attention to the rumors, I will continue in my post as defender for my team. I also deny the fact that the Iranian football Federation and the AFC have a hand in my presence in Perugia.”
