PTV - Iran's soccer stars Ali Karimi and Javad Nekounam have been invited to play in the world 'All Stars' against the South American squad.

The friendly match is scheduled to be held in Los Angeles on July 5, the official site of the Conmebol announced on Friday.

The list of the South American squad includes: Lionel Messi, Martin Palermo, Roberto Ayala, Daniel Montenegro, Roberto Abondanzieri, Andres D'Alessandro, Pablo Aimar (Argentina), Alexis Sanchez, Fabian Orellana and Gary Medel (Chile), Juan Arango ( Venezuela), Radamel Falcao (Colombia), Luis Suarez and Diego Lugano (Uruguay), and Roberto Carlos (Brazil) coached by Zico.

The world 'All Stars' include: Zlatan Ibrahimovic (Sweden), Cristian Chivu (Romania), Luis Figo, Simao, Coutto (Portugal), Andrea Gasbarroni, Angelo Palombo, Gianluca Zambrota, Alessandro Costacurta, Fabio Grosso, Stefano Fiore (Italy), Clarence Seedorf, Edgar Davis, Michael Reizeguer (Netherlands), Carles Puyol, Ivan de La Pena, Manolo Jimenez, Luis Garcia, Fernando Morientes, Ivan Helguera, José Antonio Reyes (Spain), Ali Karimi and Javad Nekounam (Iran) coached by Bernd Schuster.

Ali Karimi and Javad Nekounam are the only Asian players that have been invited to play for the world 'All Stars'.
