HAMBURG - French great Zinedine Zidane and Brazilian icon Ronaldo put on their annual Match Against Poverty event Tuesday, gathering a group of rather talented friends to take on a team of Hamburg SV All-Stars in Germany, and the legend-laden squad did not disappoint.

Ronaldo combined with Didier Drogba to score as part of his team's 5-4 victory, with proceeds from the event going toward combating poverty in the Horn of Africa.

The lineup for Zidane and Ronaldo's side, according to reports, included Fabien Barthez, Michel Salgado, Joan Capdevilla, Fabio Cannavaro, Gheorge Popescu, Claude Makelele, Edgar Davids, Luis Figo, Ronaldo, Zidane and Drogba.

The bench carried its own share of star power, with the likes of Jens Lehmann, Dida, Lucas Radebe, Fernando Cauto, Raber Madjer, Thomas Berthold, Robert Pires, Maniche, George Hagi, Christian Karembeu and Sami Al-Jaber all suiting up.

On the bench coaching: None other than former U.S. national team coach Bora Milutinovic and former Italy boss Marcello Lippi.
