TEHRANTIMES - Mohammad Nosrati and Sheys Rezaei are among the 10 players that will be released by Persepolis football team.

Persepolis had a disappointing season, finishing 12th in the Iran Professional League standings table and was knocked out from the AFC Champions League.

Persepolis veteran defenders Nosrati and Rezaei have been out of favor of Persepolis coach Mustafa Denizli.

Also, Persepolis will not extend contracts of Hossein Badamaki and Maziar Zare.

Misagh Memarzadeh, Asmir Avdukic, Javad Kazemian, Saman Aghazamani, Mehrdad Oladi and Vahid Hashemian are the other names that have been deemed surplus to requirements by Denizli.
