PFDC - AMMAN, Esteghlal right back Ali Hamoudi and Osasuna winger Masoud Shojaei arrived at the Iranian national team's camp on Sunday, raising the number of present players to 22.

Hamoudi was called up to replace the injured Hashem Beikzadeh, who had initially been added to replace the also hurt Khosro Heydari.

Shojaei, like in the previous two La Liga games, hadn't made the 18-men squad of struggling Osasuna on Saturday, who have lost all of their three season games so far and will be eager to earn some match praxis with Team Melli after being sidelined injured for over a year.

The only missing player now is Reza Ghoochannejhad. The new Standard Liege signing, who remains on loan at his old club VV Sint Truiden until the end of the year though, was in league action on Sunday and will join Team Melli on Monday.

There are still no news on FIFA finally delivering the Iranian's player passport, leaving question marks over Ghoochannejhad's debut for Iran in the upcoming games.

Good news meanwhile arrived from the medical department; Mohammad Ghazi was already back on the training pitch on Sunday and seemingly has overcome his slight injury.

Iran are currently holding a training camp in Amman and will face Jordan in a friendly match on September 5 at 19:00 local time (20:30 Tehran time).

Carlos Queiroz' men will then travel to Beirut on September 9 to face Lebanon in a World Cup qualifier two days later.
