Korea-Iran Match Set on Oct. 12

The South Korean national football team will have a friendly match with Iran on Oct. 12 at Seoul World Cup Stadium, the Korea Football Association (KFA) announced Tuesday.
The match will be the first appearance of South Korea’s new head coach Dick Advocaat, who will arrive on Sept. 29 from the Netherlands.

The KFA is arranging two or three more matches with European teams for September to prepare for next year’s World Cup in Germany.
