TEHRANTIMES - Iran national football team head coach Carlos Queiroz has expressed his grief over death of veteran journalist, reporter and ecotourist, Mohammad Ali Inanlou.

Inanlou died on Saturday of a brain failure in Tehran’s Atieh Hospital.

“I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to his family and Iranian sports family. He was a veteran journalist, who was supporting Team Melli, and I hope we qualify for the 2018 World Cup because of him,” Queiroz said.

Inanlou was hospitalized in September as a result of a brain damage. He recovered for some time and even hosted some TV shows, but his health deteriorated shortly afterward
