MNA - Iran’s football team is scheduled to play a friendly match against Senegal instead of Morocco on April 1, according to the team’s manager.

Iran was originally scheduled to play Morocco but the match was cancelled after a diplomatic row between the two nations.

“Iran’s Football Federation (IFF) immediately replaced Morocco with Senegal. Iran will also play Kenya and Kuwait on March 14 and 23 respectively,” said Mehdi Taj.

Iran is third in the 2010 World Cup qualifiers in Group Two with six points, behind South and North Korea with eight and seven points respectively.
