PLDC - Tehran, Ebneghasem said, Foolad Club agrees with the transfer of Arash Afshin to France Lille OSC.

After victory against Esteghlal, Ebneghasem the Team Manager of Foolad said: when Afshin went to France, he was to stay there for two week, but when he was chosen for Team Melli, he returned to Iran.

He continued: no contract is signed between Afshin and Lille OSC Club yet, but during his two-day, he was approved by the club in France.

Ebneghasem added: This club approves his transfer to France for his progress. This transfer might take place in the second-half season.
