PLDC – Belgian media reported Club Brugge is ready to cut its ties with Iranian striker Kaveh Rezaei.
Club Brugge forked out a club-record €5 million to sign Rezaei from Charleroi in August 2018, with the 26-year-old signing a four-year contract.
In recent weeks, club Brugge coach Ivan Leko has preferred to keep Rezaei off the pitch and Loïs Openda and Jelle Vossen have been preferred to him.
It seems Rezaei will be surplus to requirements at Club Brugge.
The Iranian forward missed his place in Club Brugge after suffering an injury in early December.
