Chibo new Esteghlal sponsor

PLDC - The press conference of the new sponsor of Esteghlal Tehran, Chibo of Germany, took place yesterday at the club headquarters in which Ali Fathollahzadeh, club chairman, and the representative of Chibo were
present. Ronald Koch and Ebrahim Talebi, head coaches of Esteghlal Tehran, attended the session also.

Fathollahzadeh commented in this regard, “The clubs intends to increase its financial sponsors and the presence of Chibo in Iran and its contract with Esteghlal Tehran may be praised because by taking this step the company is assisting in the development and growth of football in Iran. At the same time companies on the national level able to support us financially never step forward to give their support to clubs.”

“Ronald Koch has played an important role in the attraction of Chibo to Esteghlal and he even held the discussions in this regard himself.
There are also talks being held with a number of local companies and the results of these will be announced in due course. The contract between Esteghlal Tehran and Chibo is without doubt a starting point leading to
further growth for the multi-sponsor culture in this country.”
